Total health tennis was borne out of my two passions: health & tennis.
As an avid recreational tennis player, I love playing, watching, or even just talking tennis. While taking lessons, watching instructional videos, and just getting out and playing are essential to improving your tennis game, one often overlooked aspect is optimizing your overall health.
