Naturopathic Treatments
Naturopathic doctors have many tools in the toolbox, which allows for diverse treatment plans that are unique to each individual. Treatments are guided by research and effectiveness, as well as personal preferences (i.e. you don't like needles? Then we don't have to do acupuncture!).
After the initial visit, a treatment plan is provided that gives an outline of expected number of visits, and how soon you should expect to feel better. A long-term maintenance plan may also be provided for bigger health and life goals (i.e. run a marathon, have kids, etc).
